Scotland Circle Tour – Day 4

Good news today is that I did not drive into a ditch. The bad news is that the weather is not cooperating. Today started like most days in Scotland. Overcast & threatening to rain. By mid-day, there was no threatening, just rain. I am on the Isle of Skye. Scotland Circle Tour – Day 3

Finding it hard to have time to create blog posts. Usually have to drive 4 – 6 hrs per day which is not accounting for sighting time, eating or photographs. If the weather is good, I am usually out until 10:30 – 11:00 each night. It takes at least 30 minutes to create just a simple post with some pictures. I will update when possible. As the weather was overcast & drizzling, I thought it was safe to have dinner at a pub and left my big Nikon at the B&B. As I watched it rain during supper, the skies started to clear & a funny yellow ball appeared in the sky. Scotland Circle Tour – Day 1

Woke up to cloudy skies but eyes wide for adventure. The weather started clear but quickly deteriorated to a constant drizzle and then to an outright downpour. Had to skip a number of planned locations which sucks. First stop was a place called Falkland Palace which has some type of association with Mary Queen of Scots.
